Eat less to lose more - Eating less is what people do so they aren’t depositing more fats into their body. If you starve yourself, then of course you’ll lose weight, but crash diets aren’t healthy at all, so don’t do them. Instead of doing that you should just not eat foods high in fat and instead, eat foods that barely have any in them. This can include certain vegetables like cabbage and lettuce and fruits like apples and oranges that actually help the body stop absorbing fat for certain amounts of time.
