Increase Human Growth Hormone Naturally

Achieve the HGH Flush

WOuldn’t you love to feel like you did when you were a teenager? You could look and feel at least 20 years younger using a few techniques, but they do require a little work.

Now it’s not magic, but by increasing the level of human growth hormone (HGH) in our body we can experience psychological and physiological effects, which can leave us looking and feeling many years younger.

The benefits of increased HGH don’t just help turn back the hands of time; they can also eliminate that ‘spare tire’ and burn fat in other hard to target areas o our body.

If your goal is to burn fat and get lean then there is no better way to achieve that than to increase the level of human growth hormone in your body. There is substantial evidence that a strong relationship exists between HGH levels and body Fat. That shows our ability to burn fat increases when our body produces more HGH.

While there are ethical and unethical ways to increase HGH levels in our body, we are just going to keep it clean around here.

Weight Loss Benefits of Human Growth Hormones

 Improves mood and sleep patterns

*Improvement in sports performance and recovery time.

 Increases bone density

 Increases energy and endurance

 Increases Fat Burning Potential

*PRomotes Lean Muscle Mass

With benefits like these it makes more sense that professional athletes may be enticed to increase their levels of HGH unethically.

It’s nice to know this can all be done naturally. There is no doubt in my mind, that by using these techniques, we can lose body fat and reach weight loss goals.

When prompted to do so, our pituitary gland will release human growth hormones naturally. How can we sweet talk the pituitary gland into releasing copious levels of HGH into our blood stream, or at least a bit more of this magic potion?

It has come to my attention that the pituitary gland doesn’t speak English, so we’ll need to communicate in a language it understands. Don’t worry, you already know the language.

It is; Actions Speak Louder Than Words

As my wife says, actions speak louder than words. So we need to communicate with our pituitary gland through our actions.

Here are 5 actions we can take to help increase our levels of HGH and tap into our fountain of youth…

1- Get plenty of sleep.

This is especially important for men. It has been noted the males release their highest level of HGH in the first 90 minutes of sleep, but lengthy sleep sessions lead to significant increase in HGH. Recommended 8-10 hours a night.

2-Keep Away From Sugar

Glucose in our system acts as in inhibitor, and will limit the typical spike in human growth hormone, especially after an intense workout. Sports drinks will work against you more than with you, unless you have been heavily exercising for over an hour, or if you are training for a elite level competition. Sports drinks like Gatorade are packed with glucose, and will decrease the flow of HGH when you need it most, that being post workout. If your goal is fat loss skip the Gatorade, and hit the H20 during, and post workout!

3-Eat Stop Eat

Even though intermittent fasting has a lot of benefits as well as an effect on HGH, you can enhance the results when used strategically. Since intermittent fasting has a good rapport with our friends working at the pituitary gland, this action will definitely help boost HGH levels on its own.

Couple fasting with exercise and you get a synergistic effect (the whole is greater than the sum of its parts). You’ll soon be on the road to getting ripped and losing body fat when you exercise in a fasted state. If you are going to exercise in a fasted state take action to maximize the HGH response.

4-High Intensity Interval Training

The fact is, you are trying your best if you’re working to lose weight and haven’t heard of HIITS. High Intensity Interval Training is far and away the best exercise routine to burn fat, and increase Human Growth Hormone Levels in the body. HIITS will help boost HGH during our workouts, and post workout as well.

Review:  Increased Human Growth Hormone = Increased Ability to Burn Fat

The key is to have periods of work, then rest. People just don’t realise how important the rest is. Rest is what you need to insure you can have intense work outs. High intensity interval training helps us reach our lactate threshold quick. When we reach our lactate threshold a message is sent to the pituitary gland to release a wad of HGH. The best part is that we can complete these intervals using any exercise. Simply try out your favorite exercise.

I am partial to the treadmill and will complete a routine similar to this:

1 minute walk/30 seconds intense effort (for 15 minutes)

To see if you are getting the HGH Flush you want, look for

- Skin is warm to touch

- Perspiration is evident

*You are short of breath when you complete your workout

5- Cold Shower

I couldn’t tell you how much of an increase of HGH you’ll get when you take a cold to hot alternating shower, but I do know it helps with recovery. Not knowing if these are true stories, but I’ve heard a lot of body builders and other athletes insist that a ice bath, and or a cold shower play a major part with recovery and help delay soreness of muscles. If you take it to the extreme, I believe that rotating a hot and cold shower could have close to the same effect as High Intensity Interval Training, but either way will help with a workout recovery. If I have the time, here is what I do before I workout.

Cold Water (as cold as I can Handle – does involved some screaming) 30 seconds

1 minute of hot water

Continue for 10 minutes

It could look similar to this if time and money wasn’t an issue!
