In order for TACFITCommando to be accepted by tactical ops, it had to surpass the following criteria:
Portability - trainees must be capable of training everywhere, at all times.
Efficient - responders are always operational, and so their conditioning has to be condensed to fit into their rigorous schedule.
Relevant - the conditioning program needs to contribute to, not compete against tactical skills - not simply exercising for the sake of exercising.
TACFIT Commando was made portable by eliminating equipment. You can do it in your living room, backyard, gym or hotel room. You can almost do it while standing in the tub. Commando is efficient since it is limited to 20 minutes. Anyone can find 20 minutes a few times each week, which means laziness just lost another excuse.
TACFIT trains you to respond to crisis situations while keeping level-headed and aware. You’ll always keep a cool head when everyone near you is losing theirs. TACFIT is a highly desirable and recommended workout regime.
