Communication lies at the heart of any business. I’ve often read in books about writing that you should think of yourself having a conversation. This is commonly found in a business writing blog all over the Internet. To compound the problem both parts were tending to be referred to by the same name.
This is a problem about 90% of web site suffer with. Of course this is similar to a business writing that is found quite commonly online today. And unfortunately, they have also been a studier of human societies and civilizations for long enough to see the problematic nature of the flow of information.
It’s time to start planning ahead for your business communication future. When you have a conversation it usually means that part of the message is assumed. The real trick is to write in such a way that you communicate your message without overdoing the detail.
